Three years ago, we made a choice that will forever change lives. We chose to be apart of something much bigger and better than what he had before. We chose to share our lives together in the hand of marriage. Now today we celebrate the 3 difficult but wonderful years we have spent together. We celebrate the blessing in which we have gained in our marriage and that is our beautiful daughter, Aspen.
Looking back to this day, it was a very exhausting yet joyous day. It was definitely a dream come true for me, as it would be for any woman. I married my best friend and one whom I love dearly. Dylan, is everything that I could of asked for in a soul mate.
Getting to this point is another story.First of all, a while before I really even knew Dylan, I had been having a nobody wants to date me moment. Well one of my good friends thought that it would be funny to auction me off to someone just to show me that that was not the case. Dylan just happened to be the one that I was "sold" to for I think $150. I, of course was probably a little bit more expensive, okay maybe a lot, you can talk to Dylan about that. Anyway I remember going up to him at FHE and asking when we were going to sit down and figure out a date for our wedding. Simply joking at the time. Little did I know that we would one day be picking that special date to get married. Pretty much we had a mutual friend that we hung out with and we became really close. Even to the point where we would talk to eachother about our dating issues. We would talk every day. Now if Dylan were writing this he would want to mention that I was kind of dating his roommate, which was true. We had even talked about how horrible it would be if we started dating each other and as you can see, we weren't very concerned because we got married and are both still friends with his used to be roommate. Anyway one thing led to another. I pretty much new that I needed to start saving money up about two weeks after we'd "officially" gotten together. I knew my life would be changing drastically.
I am happy to say that I married a wonderful man. I love him so much. He makes so many sacrifices for our family. I couldn't of asked for anyone better. He is my best friend!!! I look forward to many more years much like these last three. They have been some of the most difficult yet fulfilling years that I've had.

Holly that was a great post! Congrats on your 3 year!
Congrats!!! You two are so cute together!
Seeing the pic of you on your wedding day reminds me of when I bought my wedding dress. Did I ever tell you? In case I didn't, it was at the same place you got your dress. I saw your pic and mentioned that I knew you guys, and that I'd dated Dylan. Did I mention that I was there picking out my wedding dress? Anyway, the lady said "Oh, I'm sorry." Um, it's ok, they're great for each other and I've got my own guy. But thanks for your concern.
Happy Anniversary! Isn't marriage GREAT?
