The joys in life...

So Aspen has this new thing where she says, "OH NO," completely serious while watching tv or just whenever. Well as you all know my father in law passed away just recently and all I have to say is that kids just have this tendency to lighten the mood a bit. That is certainly what Aspen did. We were at the grave site and they had lowered the casket down into the ground and everyone was given a flower to throw on top of it. Well first of all, Aspen thought that was great and went to get some more flowers from others and threw about 6 or 7 flowers in there and even contemplated taking some silk flowers from another grave. She didn't but the thought definitely crossed her mind. Anyway but the last time she looked down at the casket with all of the flowers, she said, "OH NO," with such concern to Dylan and I. We just laughed and Dylan's response was, "Oh no is right." The things kids say.
