Embarrassing moment I thought would never happen to me...

Last Sunday, Dylan and I went to visit his dad in the hospital. For those of you who didn't know, Dylan's dad has been extremely sick and in the hospital for about two months now. It just happened to be the perfect opportunity to visit him. I lucked out and didn't have to teach primary because none of my kids showed up, Dylan was already planning on going to see his dad, and we didn't have Aspen, which was good being that his dad has been in the ICU. Now as I tell you this story, keep in mind that I'm in a skirt. So we get down there and I told Dylan that I would like to use the restroom before we go up. I come out, ready to go and see Dylan's dad. So we walk over to the elevators and get in and press the 3rd floor, guessing that that is the right floor. Of course it wasn't, so I said let's just ask someone which floor the ICU is on. A nurse comes over and says now I know this is going to be embarrassing but your skirt is tucked in your underwear. Yep, that is right I walked around for a couple of minutes with the back side and lower half of my body out in the open for everyone to see. Thank goodness that nurse came up and told me because that would of been even worse if I walked around like that even longer. And Dylan was so nervous to go and see his dad that really, I don't think that even if he did notice or would of noticed that he would of told me because I wasn't in his train of thoughts at the moment.

LOL! Well I guess if it makes you feel any better you can think of the moments after you had Aspen and those see through underwear that they make you wear with the backless robe - I bet that nurse had seen a few back sides in her day - and yours was probably a lot more delightful to see then some others!

I'm sorry to hear about Dylan's father. Danny's father has been in the hospital for the past two weeks doing a bone marrow transplant. I don't know what Dylan's father is suffering with, but 2 months in the hospital is NEVER FUN. I wish him the best.

Yeah, embarassing, but you know, it would have given my dad a good laugh if he had seen it, hahahahaha.
