Aspen surprises me more and more each day. Recently she started doing this thing where she does this fake laugh. It's so funny because sometimes she tries so hard to get that laugh out. Then other days she does her fake cry. This one gets us because she's not much of a crier anyway and so when she does this, we kind of mock her and she starts to laugh. Good one Aspen.
So today I was giving her a bath and she's figured out that she can drink the water. It's so funny because she's laying on her stomach and scoops the water up with her mouth. She makes sure she doesn't get her nose in there though. Been there, done that. She learns quick, as do other kids, I'm sure.
I absolutely love watching her grow up. She gets more fun each and every day. And it amazes me to see how much they absorb. They're like little sponges taking everything in.
