We always celebrate Christmas with the
DeShazer's on Christmas Eve at Papa's house. This year Dylan,
unfortunately didn't get to go because he had to work until 10:30. It was sad and we missed him but had a good time. Papa normally goes through a list of things to inform us and then follows up with reading the Christmas story out of the scriptures. Then, being that the
DeShazer's are all very musically talented, Mike breaks out the guitar and we sing a bunch of Christmas songs. I always have a cheat sheet of the words and sing along with them. It is a ton of fun and very memorable. I look forward to many more years of this and watching all of the kids grow up with such wonderful traditions.
